Fees - the most FAQ of the FAQs!
I want clients to have all the information before they make contact with me. I'm completely transparent about my fees so that you can decide whether coaching represents good value for you right now.
The Expat AIM is a 6 session program of coaching with 2 options for the sessions:

Option 1: Fortnightly sessions with a WhatsApp or Email check-in between sessions (3 months)
OR
-
Option 2: Monthly sessions with a WhatsApp or Email check-in between sessions (6 months)
You will also receive:

A transcript so you can continue the work after and between sessions. (with your permission, I record the coaching session)

A set of Journal prompts (42 entries) to work on between sessions
The Program Fee is EUR720 with two payment options:

Option 1: One payment upfront - discounted to EUR600
-
Option 2: 6 payments of EUR120 (fortnightly for the 12-week program or monthly for the 24 week program)
Before you sign up for anything I also meet with you for 1 hour (free) - if you want to do this the button is at the left.
This is to make sure that you have all the information you need, and for you to decide if we are a good fit before you sign up for anything.

What types of clients do you work with?
I work with professional expatriate women who may be feeling disconnected, low on energy and who may be unclear about what they want their future to look like and how to get there. I help them find and forge deeper connections in their 'home from home', get crystal clear on their own identity in this world (wherever they may be living right now), and experience a new level of energy that allows them to fully embrace and enjoy their adventure.

What is your coaching philosophy?
My work is based on narrative coaching which rests on the following ideas:

The stories we tell to, and about ourselves are the source of many of our difficulties. New stories create new opportunities and curiosity about other ways to tell your story is a good place to start.

If you keep explaining your situation in the same way you will have the same experiences - and nothing much will change.

If you open yourself to new experiences AND you allow yourself to explain them in a new way - change can happen.

Change requires curiosity, openness and sustained attention - you need to be prepared to experiment with new ways of being, thinking and doing to see what works for you.

Why 'Coaching Cycle?'
This is not a ‘once and done’ solution. Life will throw up other challenges soon enough and once you've worked through this process you’ll be prepared.
Not only will you gain clarity and direction for the current issues you are facing, you will also take away a framework for working on the other things that come up as your life unfolds.
You will be able to revisit this process throughout your life, either in partnership with a coach, or by yourself through self-coaching practice using the workbook and journal as a guide.

Is coaching right for me?
Like many things in life you'll get as much out of coaching as you put into it. I will encourage you to do some reflection between the coaching calls and will check in by email/WhatsApp to support you with this. You will also be welcome to message me with questions/thoughts in between the coaching calls.
Coaching may not be right for you if:
You are seeking support for significant relationship or mental health issues. If this is the case you will be better supported in a therapeutic setting with a qualified counsellor/therapist.
