  • For Friday

  • For a vacation

  • For someone to notice your unique brilliance


Worrying & wanting & waiting takes your mindset deep into either the future or the past.

The antidote – bring your body and mind into the present - the sensations, observations and feelings of this moment - easier said than done but like a lot of things - simpler with practice.


Now is all we have and this moment is the only thing we control.

If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present.
